I'm delighted to share my new blog, The Hillbilly Chicks. It's been in the works for a few months now & is finally ready to be unveiled. It's the beginning of lots of new things for me, including a cookbook I'm working on which will hopefully be out in fall 2011. I'm so excited & have lots to do.
