Haystacks {Christmas Treats}

My mom's friend Diana sent me a little bag full of haystacks!   When we were younger, my cousin & I consumed a whole plate full of these treats at a gospel sing {so sorry to all of you who missed out}. I don't make them very often because I'm the only one in the family who really likes them.  So right now I'm in a little bit of haystack heaven. And these have cashews mixed in with the peanuts.
