I made a delicious blackberry-raspberry cobbler for our dinner at mom's on Sunday. I can't believe I forgot to take a picture. You can find the recipe here. It's the best cobbler I've ever had. The crust turned out perfectly.
I had a little too much berry filling left over so I saved it to use for berry shortcakes. I had one last night and it really hit the spot. I used the little Hostess shortcake cups and Cool Whip to build these shortcakes just because sometimes simple is the best way to go.
Can you tell Landon enjoyed the Cool Whip? He always makes this momma smile.
