August has been crazy busy for our family for the past few years. Two years ago we were getting ready to welcome Landon. Last year we were planning my sister's wedding and my mom's 60th birthday. And this year Landon turns two and my husband turns 40. Wow! My husband never reads this blog so I don't mind telling you I'm having a surprise party for him Friday evening. We're actually going to party the whole weekend. Saturday evening we're going to Mardi Gras Casino with my sister and brother-in-law. I hope we win B-I-G.
I ordered Landon two pair of pajamas today for our upcoming beach trip. Aren't they so cute?! I LOVE eBay.
I'm going to be working on Mike's cake later this week. He asked for a strawberry cake so I'm surprising him with this cake, sans the pink icing. Doesn't it look delicious? I'll tell you more about the rest of the menu on Wednesday.
